Flood Impact Update 10 November 2011

Back 10 November 2011

Dear valued investors,

Supalai Public Company Limited would like to inform you the updated impact of the current ongoing flood to the company as shown below:

  1. As of 10Nov11, there are currently twelve active projects being hit by the flood (all low-rise). However, many of these projects have no flood level entering the house, and thus, no damage to properties in those projects. Water levels in many projects have declined over the past few days.
  2. None of our active condominium projects (approximately 55 % of portfolio) and provincial markets (approximately 15 % of portfolio) is currently being hit by the flood.
  3. Due to the ongoing movement of the flood towards Ratchadaphisek area, the company has decided to postpone the launch of our City Resort Ratchada- Huaykwang project from Nov11 to 1Q12.
  4. Despite being launched during the difficult period from flood in mid and end of Oct11, Supalai Park Kaerai-Ngamwongwam project and Supalai Park Eakkamai-Thonglor project have achieved 57 % and 63 % take-up respectively to date.

Thank you very much for your continuous interest in SPALI.

Best Regards,
