Update on Flood Impact to SPALI

Back 26 October 2011

Dear valued investors,

Supalai Public Company Limited would like to inform you on the latest impact from the current ongoing flood that has entered Bangkok metropolis. The details are as followed:

  1. As of 26Oct11, only the total of four active landed property projects of the company have been hit by the flood with water levels reaching the lower floor of the houses (50-60 cm from ground). Three out of these four projects are located in the same area in Pathumthani province.
  2. Another two active landed property projects (both located in the same area) currently have low water level (0-20 cm) entering the project on the roads, but water level is still not entering the houses.
  3. After revising the impact of the flood to landed property projects, the company has decided to postpone the launch of all five landed property projects in 4Q11 to be launched in 1Q12.
  4. No condominium project has been hit by the flood to date.
  5. The company will still launch four condominium projects in 2H11 without delay. Supalai Premier @ Asoke and Supalai Park @ Kaerai-Ngamwongwan were successfully launched in late September and early October respectively and achieved 71 % and 52 % take up rate to date. Supalai Park Ekkamai-Thonglor and City Resort Ratchada-huaykwang will also be launched in late October and late November respectively.

The company is still working tirelessly to ensure that the impact from the flood to our customers and properties will be minimized. Thank you very much for your continuous interest in SPALI despite this difficult period.

Best Regards,
