Minimal impact from floods in Thailand to SPALI

Dear valued investors,

Supalai Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the floods and high water levels in various parts of Thailand, including Bangkok Metropolis, has minimal impacts to the company as of today (17Nov11) as per the following:

  1. There is currently no ongoing project of the company being hit by the floods. However, precautionary measures have been prepared to prevent the floods from entering the projects in case condition worsen. The situation is being monitored closely.
  2. Projects in certain locations may have low level water (5-10 centimeters high) on the roads adjacent to the project entrances. As of 17Nov11, three low-rise projects are reported to be facing this situation. No high-rise project is currently facing any difficulty with the floods. Customers can still travel in and out of the projects as usual.
  3. Apart from our projects in Bangkok Metropolis, no other project in provincial markets is currently facing the floods or risk of floods.
  4. Our scheduled launches are still active as planned. No delay as a result of the flood situation expected.
  5. The company has arranged for customers and employees in needs to use our facilities, especially condominium parking spaces, to relocate their cars on high grounds for the time being to help easing their concerns and fears for floods.
